We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, with original packaging—and include proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a new item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
